Weekly Casual Nature Walk – UNB Trail with Nancy
August 19 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Free

Join us every Tuesday from May 6 to September 2 for a relaxed, slow-paced nature walk where we take our time, stop often, and appreciate the world around us. These walks have no set theme—just an opportunity to explore, observe, and connect with both nature and each other.
These walks are weather permitting, so please double check our social media or website the day before for updates.
Location: UNB trail in Millidgeville. From the road going into the campus take the first right and drive to the back and as far left until you see the trail sign. The trail is soft, mossy and very fragrant.
Leader: Nancy Clifford
Time: 6:30 PM – Walks last about 1.5 hours and finish near sunset. No registration needed!
What to Expect:
- We’ll move slowly, pausing often to look at plants, birds, insects, and anything else that catches our eye.
- If you recognize something, share your knowledge. If you don’t, someone else might know.
- Bring binoculars, cameras, or a magnifying glass to get a closer look at nature’s details.
- Dress comfortably and layer up in case the weather changes.
We Need Walk Leaders:
Leading is simple: greet participants, gather the group, and help keep us on schedule. If you’d like to volunteer, let us know.
