Help create enjoyable experiences through refreshments, social gatherings, and a welcoming atmosphere at events.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize refreshments for events (snacks, drinks, basic supplies)
  • Set up the hospitality area before events (tables, food, drinks, seating, signage, supplies)
  • Greet attendees and help create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  • Support social interaction by encouraging casual conversation and helping new members feel included
  • Assist with cleanup and reset of the space after events
