Board Walk wasn’t overly busy, but a small flock of shorebirds with a couple of White-rumped Sandpipers amongst the flock.
Main Beach

This was where the action was but it wasn’t in the cobble it was out on the bay. I had a large flock of approximately 300 flying high moving towards the ferry terminal, another large flock of 270 peeps flying extremely high straight down the bay moving south. There was a flock of 65 SESA moving in and out of the cobble, but another 200 to 300 peeps in flocks of 80 to 100 moving around semi high over Magawagonish Island. There was a Peregrine in the marsh earlier.

It wasn’t overly productive, but had 3 Great Egrets, a Greater Yellow Legs and 3 Black-bellied Plovers.
Mudflats

Notes / Comments (Mudflats):
The mudflats were quite busy, 1200 peeps, 45 Black Bellied Plovers, plus some other birds.
Overall Report Comments or Notes: Most beachgoers kept close to the parking lots, a small number walked up the east beach.
