Kate Jankowski is the host of In Our Nature: Saint John, a nature and wildlife podcast exploring the biodiversity, natural history, and conservation stories of New Brunswick and Canada’s East Coast.
As a naturalist, outdoor enthusiast, and passionate science communicator, Kate brings listeners into conversations with biologists, researchers, conservationists, birders, geologists, mycologists, and community experts who help us better understand the natural world around us. Through engaging interviews and storytelling, she explores topics ranging from birds, fungi, and freshwater ecosystems to wildlife conservation, citizen science, climate resilience, and environmental stewardship.
Through In Our Nature: Saint John, Kate connects audiences with the remarkable species, landscapes, and people that make New Brunswick unique. Her goal is to make nature accessible, inspire curiosity, and foster a deeper appreciation for the ecosystems that sustain us.
