Description

As part of the Board of Directors, the Club secretary takes board meeting minutes each month and provides valuable insights on moving the Club forward. The Secretary is elected for a two-year term during the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and may serve a maximum of two consecutive terms.

Responsibilities
  • Attend monthly board meetings (virtual, approximately 1 hour)
  • Contribute ideas and insights to support the Club’s planning and direction
  • Collaborate with the Co-Presidents to prepare the monthly meeting agenda
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes from Executive Committee meetings
